- - For All Positions: Proficiency in atleast one of the following programming languages: Java, PHP, C/C++
  - For web developers: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript (JQuery)
  - For mobile developers: Must have developed applications in atleast one of the following: Android, J2ME, Symbian, iOS
  - For all positions: Preferable to have graduate or post-graduate degree in computer science or engineering.
  - For all positions: Must be aware of and implemented best practices in software development viz: Version control system, Bug tracking system etc...
